More Info:
Photoluminescence spectroscopy with excitation at 266, 355, 532, or 1064 nm from a 10 Hz 4 ns pulsed Nd:YAG laser. Cryostat capable of going down to 4K with liquid helium. Liquid nitrogen is provided by CNS. Time resolution down to a few nanoseconds with avalanche photodiodes. |
Comments:
Big Sky Laser Brilliant Eazy nanosecond Q-switched Nd:Yag laser with fundamental, 2nd harmonic, 3rd harmonic, or 4th harmonic to excite the sample, Janis cryostat capable of liquid He, Lakeshore temperature control, McPherson spectrometer with Andor Newton EM-CCD (200-900nm) or Menlo Systems' high speed APDs (400-1000nm or 850-1650nm) for detection. |
