AB-4 is a Reynolds Tech general purpose wet process station for acid and base processing located in room LISE G06, Soft Lithography Foundry facility of the Center for Nanoscale Systems. All water supplied to this bench is 18 Mohm deionized water. An ergonomic, anti-static, chemical spill mat is located right next to AB-4. The bench features a gooseneck sink for acid waste, aspirator and N2 drying guns. Acids and bases are stocked in the chemical cabinet in the same room. Two pressure chambers are located inside the bench for silanization work. |
