More Info:
FV300 laser scanning confocal system coupled to an Olympus IX71 inverted microscope. Four visible laser lines: 405nm, 488nm, 543nm, and 633nm. Two confocal imaging channels and a transmitted light detector for simultaneous confocal fluorescence/brightfield observation. Coupling of Coherent MIRA laser (~120fs pulses at 1W average power) from 710-940nm for 2-photon, SHG, THG, multimodal. Couplin! g of HighQ/APE OPO from 740-940nm, 1064nm, and 1.2-1.6 microns with ~600mW-1.2W average power at ~6-7ps for CARS, SRS, and multimodal imaging. |
Comments:
Robust visible laser scanning confocal laser system. Adaptable configuration that currently support two-photon, SHG, THG, CARS (Coherent anti-Stokes Raman Scattering Microscopy) and SRS (Stimulated Raman Scattering) microscopy. The Olympus is a very adaptable platform open to users working in diverse areas from traditional cell biology to cutting edge materials imaging and analysis. |
