The Cressington HR 208 is a high vacuum sputter coater that produces high quality films for SEM, FIB, and TEM observation. It�s ease of use and quick turnaround sample time makes it ideal for our facility. The available targets are AU, AU/Pd, Pt, Pt/Pd, Cr, Cu, Ti. Coating range from 1 nm-50nm Tilting and planetary rotation is available while accommodating 24 standard SEM stubs. |
