The FSM-45PM splicer is designed to handle similar and dissimilar fiber splicing for various types of fibers ranging in clad diameter from < 80�m to 400�m. It is capable of splicing PM, SM and MM fiber with automatic alignment and minimal splice loss. A splice library features up to 50 types of pre-programmed common splice arrangements. A fiber cleaver and jacket stripper are also available for the splicing process. |
