Leica DM IRB microscope equipped with 5x, 10x, 40x, 63x, and 100x objectives. Motorized stage for automated slide scanning. Halogen lamp for bright field and phase contrast imaging. Xenon lamp epi-illumination for fluorescence imaging. Motorized excitation and emission filter wheels for fast wavelength switching. Video-rate EMCCD low-light level Andor iXon camera. Metamorph software, incubation equipment, Eppendorff micro-injector capability.
Comments: 
Live cell imaging microscope with an incubation chamber for CO2 and temperature controlled stage. Bright field, phase contrast, and fluorescence imaging modalities. The system currently incorporates a micromanipulator and an Andor iXon EMCCD camera.
