If you are a CNS User and you encounter a problem in using a facility or tool, would like to report missing/damaged parts, supplies or logbook, or to report that a tool is defective, please use the web email form below.
You must enter the email that you provided on your CNS/NNIN User Program enrollment paperwork. Then simply select the appropriate CNS Staff group to notify and then add a subject, enter text and select the send button.
This system is designed to allow users to quickly report problems with instruments to CNS staff to allow for a quicker remedy of the situation if no staff member is present when the incident or problem occurs. Please do not use this system for routine tool operation questions. Those can be directed the appropriate, specific CNS staff member by going to the Contact section of the web site.
This system is not intended as an emergency situation notification system. If there is a true dangerous situation (chemical spill, fire etc.) please follow the current, posted protocols in such cases. However, if your sample gets stuck or a tool "crashes", please use this system if you cannot locate a CNS staff member.
